RELEASE CONTENTS

• Phenotypic data
  • New datasets: n = 260
  • Total datasets: n = 1811
• Neuroimaging data
  • EEG (raw and pre-processed) and Eyetracking
    • New datasets: n = 272
    • Total datasets: n = 1578
    • EEG data were pre-processed using a new version of Automagic toolbox from Langer et al.
  • Multi-modal MRI (raw and pre-processed)
    • New datasets: n = 205
    • Total datasets: n = 1584
    • Data were derived using Mindboggle, version: v1.2.3_ants_same_output.
    • Scan data now include Predictive Eye Estimation Regression (PEER) scans. PsychoPy scripts for the MRI naturalistic viewing and PEER paradigms are available for download on the neuroimaging data access page.

PROTOCOL DISCONTINUATIONS

• Magnetization Transfer Imaging have been removed from the protocol and all future data collection.

DATA ADDITIONS

• The full WAIS is now administered to all participants 17+
  • Prior data, from the abbreviated set of WAIS Subtests, has been relabeled WAIS_Abb

DATA DISCONTINUATIONS

• Collection of Magnetic Transfer Imaging (MTI) has been discontinued.

DATA FIXES

• The naming of the phase encoding direction of the for the DKI field map images was fixed.

OTHER FIXES AND UPDATES

August 15, 2018

KSADS data on LORIS (Diagnosis_KSADS) has been updated. Fields are now named after the item name, rather than numerically. Data will be uploaded to COINS next week.
